Care tips

• Rinse the bowl and top up with fresh water every 1–2 days.
• Replace the filter regularly — more often with several cats or in a hard-water area.
• Always keep the pump fully submerged. Running it dry is the fastest way to kill one.
• Unplug before removing the pump, and clean hair off the impeller if the flow weakens or it gets noisy.
• Give a new fountain a few days. Some cats need time to trust the sound before they will drink from it.
