For order support, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. That lets us find your order on the first reply instead of the third.

• Order status or tracking — include your order number.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect item — within 7 days of delivery, with photographs.
• Returns — see our Return and Refund Policy. Always contact us before shipping anything back.
• Address correction — as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering.
• Product questions — sizing, materials, power requirements, or anything a product page does not answer.
